Heryoo. – A Career Mentoring App
This project was part of my UX Design Certification from Summer to Winter 2018. I developed the designs as a native iOS-App and a common Web App.
Updated design on March 25th, 2019.
Dr. Gründel EDV
Responsive one-page web design for an IT Consultant based in Berlin.
Dr. Gründel is an IT Consultant whose clients are looking for a trustworthy but modern partner to work with. With this design, I want to emphasize on Dr. Gründel’s solidity as a person and showcase his deep knowledge in computer technology. His clients are mainly local, so I decided to build only a German version.
Dr. Koehler und Partner
Responsive and multilingual web design for an attorney and tax consulting firm in Berlin.
My client was looking for a simple but modern design. I decided to use a one-page brochure style layout with a floating menu. Since Dr. Köhler und Partner has been using a dark red as their main color, I incorporated it into the new design. The new website has been translated into German, English, and Chinese.
Responsive web design for a software consulting firm for cash registers based in Berlin.
My client offers a variety of services. The biggest challenge was to give users a general overview of all of these services but not to overload the website with too much information. That’s why this project has a more specified hierarchy. Each page focuses on a specific service.
The FeiK e.V. is a non profit organisation which helps young adults to get a start on the right track into life.
Therefore I designed a website which addresses particularly to a younger audience. I used brighter colors and an easy to understand language. It was important to my client to encourage visitors to support the organization, so I pointed out a call to action in order to donate some money.
Low Fidelity Flashcard App Concept
“A sketch is the architect’s language.” is a common quote in the architecture scene. Why not for UX Designers too? In this low fidelity case study for a vocabulary training flashcard app, I only worked with pen and paper. The key learning from this study is how to gain first user insights in an early product phase with user testings and rapid prototyping.
My UX Design roots are from my start as an Architect. I always loved architecture because of its combination of design and technology. This is a brief overview of some of my work in architecture.
